New Board of Directors Line-up for BIFMA

Grand Rapids, MI – On
June 12, during its annual membership meeting, BIFMA announced three new directors
and a new president-elect to its Board of Directors.
Lynn Utter, President and COO of Knoll
North America, is the newly elected Vice President/President-Elect and will take
over the position of president in June 2014.
BIFMA also announced the election of three new directors;
Roger Arciniega (Momentum Group), Curt Pullen (Herman Miller), Mark Rhoades
- Roger Arciniega is the
CEO of Momentum Group. Momentum Textiles has witnessed continuous growth during
Arciniega’s tenure due to its constant emphasis on quality and service.
- Curt Pullen, Executive
Vice President and President of Herman Miller North America, has been with the
company since 1991. He assumed several financial
roles in the company, including CFO, before taking on his current position.
- Mark Rhoades, President
and CEO of Highmark, has been with Highmark since August 2011 and was president
of Fluidmaster Inc. for three years before his current position.
The BIFMA board is pleased to welcome these new
directors and also extends its sincere appreciation to retiring members Brian
Walker (Herman Miller) and Bill Bundy (Trendway) for their years of service on

BIFMA is the trade association for business and institutional
furniture manufacturers. Since 1973, BIFMA’s role has been to sponsor the
development and refining of current and future standards, educate on their

industry, serves as a forum for member cooperation and collaboration, interacts
with international counterparts, and advocates for regulatory conditions that
foster value and innovation.
